Fabssy Content Creator Terms & Policies

Welcome to Fabssy, and thank you for being a part of our content creator community. Please carefully review the following terms and policies that outline our expectations and procedures for content creation and collaboration.

1. Product Sourcing & Returning Guidelines:

• Sourcing: Start creating captivating content with ease using your influencer coupon code “CREATOR“(to be applied in every order) to source products from our website at no cost.
• Returning: You have 7 days from delivery to craft your content. After this period, returns are automatically initiated. Our trusted courier partners, including Meesho, will seamlessly handle pickups and deliveries.
• Keepsies Option: Fell in love with a product? Keep it! The amount will be adjusted in your next settlement after applying your promised 30% creator discount.

2. Product Policy:

• Content creators must ensure that product tags remain intact upon receipt and throughout the duration of content creation.
• Products returned must be in good condition and comply with Fabssy’s return policy.
• If products are returned in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, the corresponding amount may be adjusted from the creator’s settlement.

3. Commission & Payouts:

• Commission Value: Affiliate commission will be fixed, as offered in the approaching mail, will be applicable to all creators (Commission rates are : For Dresses – 100/-, For Tops – 50/-, For yoga mats – 100/-)
• 15 Days Payment Cycle: Your payouts are conveniently scheduled every 15 days. Commissions earned from orders received between the 1st and 15th of the month will be initiated on the 30th, while earnings from orders between the 16th and 31st will be initiated on the 15th of the following month.
• No Payment for Returned orders: Returned orders do not qualify for referral/commission payments.
• Detailed Order File: A comprehensive Excel file containing payout details will be provided to the registered email addresses of creators on above mentioned dates.
• All commission payments will be made through bank transfers via NEFT/RTGS on creator’s name only.
• Payments will typically reflect in creators’ accounts within 2 days after initiation.

4. Coupon Code Usage:

• Content creators are required to use their designated coupon code in all videos and content created for Fabssy.
• Referral calculations will be based solely on the usage of the assigned coupon code.

5. Affiliate Dashboard: 

• The affiliate dashboard will display a flat commission rate of ₹50 per product.
• However, actual commission amounts will be as per the offer email received and detailed in the payout Excel file.
• Creators are advised to refer to the detailed payout Excel file for accurate commission information.

6. General Guidelines:

• Content creators are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions and content produced for Fabssy.
• Any misrepresentation or violation of terms may result in termination of collaboration and forfeiture of pending commissions.
• Fabssy reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time, with prior notice to content creators.

7. Dispute Resolution:

• Any dispute related to payments shall be handled and resolved only through the Delhi branch of Fabssy, regardless of the creator’s location.
• Creators are required to mail any disputes or discrepancies to creatorsupport@fabssy.com for prompt resolution.
